2. What can I expect from a lesson?
Level - Beginner to Advanced
A1-C2 Levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Customised Content
Grammar & conversation / French for travelling / for living in France / for the exams / for fun!

* 30 min, 45 min, 60 min / lesson or more

Initial French Assessment
- Trial lesson

5. Which tools are used for the online classes?
We particularly recommend Zoom for our classes because of the interactive options it offers: white board, remote control, screen sharing and more.
- However, individual classes with Skype or Google Meet are also possible.
- You can join a Zoom or Skype class without having an account, or you can create an account for free.
6. Payment Method – How does it work?
Here are the steps:
- After your complimentary trial lesson, once we got to know each other and you are ready to take the leap,
- we will send you a bill with a link to pay via Paypal (but you don’t need to have a Paypal account).
- Once we have received your payment, start the French courses!
7. Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please note that lessons must be paid for in advance and can begin as soon as payment is received.
- Once purchased, a package is non-refundable. However, unscheduled lessons may be transferred and used by a third party.
- Every package is to be used within 6 months from the day of purchase.
- For reasons of organization and preparation, lessons are subject to a cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to postpone or cancel a lesson, you must do so at least 24 hours before the start of the course. If this notice is not respected, the scheduled lesson will be charged.
LEARNING MATERIAL
- Depending on your needs, a selected textbook (paper or electronic format) may be advised.
- The purchase of learning material is not included in the lesson fees and will be at your own expense.
- Additional materials to the textbook will be provided by us.
