Terms of purchase
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please note that lessons must be paid for in advance and can begin as soon as payment is received.
- Once purchased, a package is non-refundable. However, unscheduled lessons may be transferred and used by a third party.
- Every package is to be used within 6 months from the day of purchase.
- For reasons of organization and preparation, lessons are subject to a cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to postpone or cancel a lesson, you must do so at least 24 hours before the start of the course. If this notice is not respected, the scheduled lesson will be charged.
- Delay: If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the session will be cancelled and deducted from the package.
LEARNING MATERIAL
- Depending on your needs, a selected textbook (paper or electronic format) may be advised.
- The purchase of learning material is not included in the lesson fees and will be at your own expense.
- Additional materials to the textbook will be provided by us.
